Return Policy

1. Time Frame for Returns:
   Returns are not allowed. However, Customers have [3] days from the date of purchase to contact Yuniiku for a refund of items due to defects or damage.
   Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).
2. Conditions for Eligibility:
   Any worn or washed item, or piece without a tag, would not qualify it for a refund.
3. Process for Refund:
   Customers must contact [info@Yuniiku.ae] to initiate a Refund request.
   Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
4. Refund Method:
   Refunds will be processed within [7] business days of receiving the defective item.
   A refund will only be given after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Incorrect/wrong size Items:
   If the items are incorrect or are incorrect in size upon receipt, Yuniiku will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange within the timeframe. Customers have [3] days from the date of purchase to contact Yuniiku upon the incorrect item/ size.

Allowances

Special allowances may be offered during events such as anniversaries, or meetings.

Yuniiku reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
